COMPANY
TR.A.E. S.p.a. work in flame lamination of fabrics to polyuretane foam.
Company was founded in 1978 as individual firm and in June 1999 it change in S.p.a.
The company's manufacturing activities are concentrated at the plant in Volpiano (Torino), in the new industrial area, on a surface area of 2.500 sqm.
The many years of experience and the highly qualified staff combine to meet the client's every need and guarantee top quality products, punctual delivery and a professional service.
TR.A.E. S.p.a. is currently in developing 2 lines of lamination, 3 division for the final inspection and 1 for the punching.
The productive ability is 20.000 linear metres for a day.
An equiped internal laboratory work in control of material destined to production and to finished product.
The entire production process is supervised in the different phases so the product is in keeping with as requested.
In Aprile 2002 TR.A.E. S.p.a. was accredited UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification
ACCREDITED UNIT ICIM.

LABORATORY
TR.A.E. S.p.a. disposes of a testing laboratory that is able to carry out tests on the materials in accordance with the specifications required by the different supply fields: we are able to control all the products during the process as well as to certify the Quality of all our supplies.
The policy of our lab is based on the following principles:

- Security

Thanks to controlled and certified equipment, our lab grant that each single out-going product carryng the TR.A.E. brand is compliant with the required specification and meets the Customer's expectations
